Network Connection

RSI has a leased line from the Software Technology Park of India (STPI) with a high speed of 2 Mbps - 100 Mbps per connection.

Every PC/Laptop used forOff-SHORE Development/Support work is used exclusively for the designated purpose and is only used by the authorized personnel of R S InfoCon, Inc. This ensures data protection, security from third party intrusions and confidentiality.

Is Off-SHORE Support & Development model for your company?

Off-SHORE model can be used for technical enhancements and support. If your firm has a need for software development, it can be done remotely at a very low cost as compared to the onsite model. If cost saving is not an issue, then there is nothing better than having a consultant physically come into your location. However, if you want to save cost or have a low budget to work with, you can try our Off-SHORE or Off-SITE Support and Development model.

Norton Antivirus

R S InfoCon has a group license for professional version of Symantec Norton Systemworks 2004. It includes Symantec Antivirus software, which is ranked number 1 in the market. Every PC/Laptop owned or used by R S InfoCon at its Off-SITE and Off-SHORE facility has Professional version of Symantec Norton Systemworks.

R S InfoCon uses following features of Symantec Antivirus:

Every email attachment is scanned for viruses (both, Inbound and Outbound)

Daily ESU (electronic software update, if any) of Symantec Antivirus files for the latest version.

Files transferred over network are scanned prior to opening/executing.

MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are integrated with Antivirus, the application scans every file before opening.

Schedule weekly scan of Laptops/PCs for Viruses/Trojan horses.
