On – Site

RSI can provide our competitive resources to work onsite at our customer’s location and provide expertise as required by the client and provide solutions which will help clients meet their business needs.

Off-Site

RSI has the capabilities and the infrastructure to provide offsite development and support in the US.  This helps clients to lower down costs without compromising on quality while having the flexibility to have resources at their site if needed for handling complex business issues.

Off-Shore

RSI has their Off-Shore Development and Support Center in Indore, India which is equipped with state of art infrastructure to provide a diversified development/support environment. Designed for 24x7delivery models, the development center is located in an independent building with extensive office area. The facility is equipped with its own power through an imported captive power plant with two generating units to provide adequate backup. The facility has switching solution that provides 20/100 MBPS switched network to the desktop.

Blend-Shoring

This model offers bundling of a series of processes into a single outsourcing arrangement.  Based on client needs this model helps to solve the problems of managing multiple providers, reducing risk and accessing more significant and immediate cost savings—with greater long-term benefits as well.  This model is exclusively crafted for each client by conducting joint sessions with our sales, functional, technical teams and participation from our clients.
