SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

Support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP S4/HANA Project Manager. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client’s business environment in order to achieve client expected E2E PM business processes transformation into SAP S/4HANA. Candidate must have 15+ years of experience in SAP Project Management. SAP PMP Certified candidate would be preferred. Candidate should have multiple & global implementation experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for managing the SAP S4/HANA deployment and implementation across the business units.

  • Project Planning, Scoping and Design.
  • Risk/Issue Management.
  • Quality and Change Management.
  • Client Relationship Management.
  • Project Closure.
  • Sound SAP knowledge and experience.
  • Major contributor to progress the SAP solution, making key design and delivery decisions and seen as a leader of the team.

  • Delivery of projects within timescales and budgets.
  • Identification, analysis and mitigation or escalation of potential risks and issues.
  • Ensuring the quality of project deliverables and management of quality issues.

  • Maintaining all necessary communication lines within project teams and Client organizations.
  • Facilitate Achieving successful business sign off and handover to the post-implementation support function.
  • Definition of project deliverables and scope.
  • Setup and maintenance of risk and issue management policies and procedures.
  • Resource scheduling and allocation.
  • Setting up and running of review/status meetings with project team, client sponsors and steering committees.
  • Manage SAP solution integration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Master’s degree preferred.
  • PMP Certification required, MS Projects Experience.
  • Must have at least four full lifecycle SAP implementation experience (Project Preparation through Go-Live and Hyper care) and at least two full lifecycle S/4HANA greenfield implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Business processes like imported, indigenous, service, assets and subcontracting procurement.
  • Business knowledge and process design skills.
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations.

SAP S/4HANA PS Lead

Support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP Project System module. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client’s business environment in order to achieve client expectations. E2E Project Systems business processes transformation into SAP S/4HANA. Candidate must have 10+ years of experience in SAP PS. SAP Certified candidate would be preferred. Candidate must have done at least four E2E implementation and two E2E S/4HANA green or brown filed implementations. Candidate should have global implementation experience.

Responsibilities:
The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP Project System to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Duties:

  • Candidate should have knowledge of SAP implementation methodology i.e. ASAP and Active MethodologyDesign, configuration and testing of core PS modules.
  • Design, configuration and testing of Engineering to order (ETO) scenario.
  • Strong configuration knowledge of PS Structure: WBS, Network, Milestone, Cost Planning, Project Quotation, Timesheet and other project activities.
  • Experience and knowledge of key integration: Material requirement planning, project Manufacturing, procurement, goods issues, activities confirmations and project settlements.
  • Ability to configure PS processes in S/4HANA and should have knowledge of simplification in the PS module.
  • Deep knowledge of Project Builder, Coding Mask, Project Template, Project scheduling, Material Master PS setting, standard workflow, RA Key.
  • Deep knowledge of PS information system.
  • Hands-on experience of data migration in S4HANA is a must.
  • Strong integration knowledge with PP, SD, MM & FICO modules.
  • Ability to write RICEFW specification for custom development. Experience on BADIP, BAPI and third-party interfaces are also important.
  • Ability to lead Project System value stream in global implementation. Also able to lead the PS Team in implementations.

This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client’s business environment in order to achieve client expected E2E FICO business processes transformation into SAP S/4HANA. Candidate must have 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO. SAP Certified candidate would be preferred. Candidate must have done at least four E2E implementation and two E2E S/4HANA green or brown filed implementations. Candidate should have global implementation experience.

Responsibilities:
The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP Finance & Controlling to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

Duties:

  • Candidate should have knowledge of SAP implementation methodology i.e. ASAP and Active Methodology.
  • Design, configuration and testing of core FI/CO modules (GL, New GL functionality, AP, AR).
  • Design, configuration and testing of Asset Management.
  • Design, configuration and testing of Consolidations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Finance / Accounting).
  • Minimum 10 years of SAP FI/CO configuration experience.
  • Must have at least four full lifecycle SAP implementation experience (Project Preparation thru Go-Live and Hypercare) and at least two full lifecycle S/4HANA greenfield implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Taxation, P&L and Balance sheet.
  • Business knowledge and process design skills.

Candidate should have 10 plus years’ experience in SAP PP. SAP Certified candidate would be preferred. Candidate must have done at least four E2E implementations and two E2E S4HANA green or brown filed implementation. Candidate should have global implementation experience.

Duties and responsibilities:
The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP Production Planning & Control to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. 

  • Candidate should have knowledge of SAP implementation methodology i.e. ASAP and Active Methodology.
  • Design, configuration and testing of core PP modules (Discrete Manufacturing & Engineer to order i.e. ETO).
  • Design, configuration and testing of Master Data, Planning, and Shop floor Execution.
  • Design, configuration and testing of MRP in a various scenario like project specific & Consumption based, PIR & Forecasting.
  • Design, configuration and testing of Production information system.
  • Design, configuration and testing of Serial profile, batch management and HUM.
  • Good knowledge of PP-DS will be added advantage.
  • Ability to configure PP processes in S4HANA and should have knowledge of simplification in the PP module.
  • Deep knowledge of third-party integration with tools like TipQA, Kronos, Bar code, QR code.
